Low fat recipe: Apple Smoked Gouda Slaw
Ingredients2 Gala apples (about 6 oz each) cored and thinly cut julienne
1/3 c nonfat vanilla yogurt
1 tsp. chopped rosemary
1/4 grated smoked gouda cheese
1 T lemon juice
dash maple syrup
dash allspice
DirectionsCombine all ingredients; mix well. For optimum flavor, refrigerate 6 hours or overnight.
Makes 6-8 servings.
