Low Fat Recipes: Chicken Hungarian Goulash
Ingredients
4 1/2 Oz. ziti pasta-tube shape(about 1 1/2 cups dry)
1 pound chicken breast, cubed
1 medium onion
1 medium green pepper
1 can(16 oz) diced tomatoes, not drained
1 can(8 oz) tomato sauce
1 Tbl. paprika
1 Tbl. dried parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions
Cook noodles according to package directions, omitting salt and oil. Drain and set aside. Meanwhile, spray skillet with non-stick spray. Add chicken, onion and green pepper and stir fry until browned. Add remaining ingredients, including noodles, and heat thoroughly.
Yield: 6 cups (4 servings)
