Low Fat Recipes: Creamy Italian Dressing
Ingredients1 cup plain soymilk
1 (12 oz.) package firm tofu
2 (0.7 oz.) packages dry Italian dressing mix
DirectionsMix all ingredients in blender or food processor until smooth and creamy. Refrigerate. Pour over your favorite salad.
Yield: 2 1/2 cups.
Serving size: 1/4 cup (4 Tbs).
