Low Fat Recipes: Quick Fruit Dip

Ingredients


1 tablespoon packed brown sugar or honey
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Dash of ground nutmeg
2 containers (6 ounces each) Yoplait® Custard Style vanilla lowfat yogurt
Cut-up fresh fruit

Directions

Stir together brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. Stir in yogurt. Serve with fruit. About 1 1/3 cups dip.

Serving : 1 (2 tablespoons dip):
